If after contacting the booking service the customer does not receive a satisfactory response or no response is received within 60 days, the customer may refer the matter free of charge to the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman, whose contact details and referral procedures are available on the website www.mtv.travel.

A cookie is a text file that can be stored, with your consent, in a dedicated space on the hard drive of your device (PC, tablet, etc.) when you access an online service via your browser. It is sent by a website’s server to your browser. Each cookie has an anonymous ID. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These conditions apply to all sales concluded with Hôtel-Restaurant LE BEAUDON located at 10 rue du Beaudon, 60350 Pierrefonds, except for group bookings. As such, the customer acknowledges that they have read the general terms and conditions of sale and undertakes to comply with them.
These terms and conditions of sale may be modified at any time. The terms and conditions in force at the time of booking will apply.

 

ARTICLE 1 – RATES
Rates are in euros and include VAT at the rate applicable on the day of booking. Any change in the applicable rate, modification or introduction of new statutory taxes by the competent authorities will automatically be reflected in the prices quoted on the day the invoice is issued.
Rates are for the room for the number of people indicated and for the period selected and do not include any additional services (unless otherwise stated).
Tourist tax of €1.00 per adult per day is not included and must be paid at the hotel. It applies from 1 January to 31 December every year.
No refunds, even partial, will be given for stays booked before a promotional offer is introduced.

 

ARTICLE 2 – BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT METHODS
You can book via the website www.hotel-pierrefonds.com, by telephone, email or post.
The booking is only valid after the customer has secured the booking, either with a debit card number and expiry date or with a deposit, and after receiving a detailed confirmation of the booking.
All services must be paid for at the hotel, except in the case of prepayment prior to the stay or in the case of contractual agreements that state that the customer’s company is responsible for payment.
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse any booking where the debit card number is incorrect or the booking is incomplete.
All bookings must be paid in euros, regardless of their origin.
The following cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. The Hotel has a secure booking system (SSL) which protects and encrypts all sensitive data sent when booking to prevent disclosure to a third party.
We also accept the following means of payment: cash, cheque, meal vouchers, holiday vouchers (ANCV).
The customer is solely responsible for the choice of services and for ensuring that they meet their needs; Hotel LE BEAUDON cannot be held liable in this respect.

 

ARTICLE 3 – FORCE MAJEURE
Force majeure means any unforeseeable and insurmountable event outside the control of the parties that prevents the customer from carrying out the trip or from fulfilling all or part of the obligations set out in the contract, and which must be justified in writing.

 

ARTICLE 4 – MODIFYING OR CANCELLING A STAY
To modify or cancel a booking, you must send an email to the following address contact@hotel-pierrefonds.com or call 03 44 42 80 18.
The request will only be valid once the Hôtel-Restaurant LE BEAUDON has confirmed its acceptance in writing.
In the event of a modification or cancellation of a stay, the following conditions apply (except in cases of force majeure):
– For requests made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date, you will be charged for the first night, and if your booking is the result of a promotion, you will be charged for the entire stay.
– If you do not show up on the scheduled arrival date, your debit card will be charged for the first night.
– Any stay started must be paid for in full.
For bookings made via a partner website, you must cancel via the same website. The applicable cancellation terms and conditions will be those of our partner and may therefore differ from those of the Hôtel-Restaurant LE BEAUDON.
If the customer wishes to extend their stay, they must inform the hotel reception by 10am on the scheduled day of departure at the latest in order to check availability.

 

ARTICLE 5 – THE HOTEL AND ITS SERVICES
The rooms are available from 3pm and must be vacated by 12pm on the day of departure. An additional charge may be billed if the rooms are not vacated by this time. You must inform reception if you will be arriving after 9pm.
The customer accepts and undertakes to use the room in a responsible manner. So, any behaviour contrary to common decency and public order will lead the hotel owner to ask the customer to leave the establishment without compensation or refund.

 

ARTICLE 6 – RELOCATION
In the event of Hôtel-Restaurant LE BEAUDON being unavailable, or in the event of force majeure, the Hotel reserves the right to accommodate the customer, in whole or in part, in a hotel offering similar services. The transfer will be at the expense of the Hotel. The Hotel will not be liable for any additional compensation.

 

ARTICLE 7 – COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
All complaints must be sent to the Hotel by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 15 days of the end of the stay that is the subject of the complaint. No complaints will be considered after this deadline. If, after contacting the management of the Hôtel-Restaurant LE BEAUDON, the customer does not receive a satisfactory response or no response is received within one month, the customer may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman, whose contact details and referral procedures are available on the website www.mtv.travel or by writing to Médiation Tourisme Voyage – BP 80303 – 75823 PARIS CEDEX 17.

 

ARTICLE 8 – DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
Pursuant to law 78-17 on data protection and privacy, customers are informed that their booking is subject to computerised personal data processing. Users have the right to access and rectify the data entered, by contacting the registered office: SAS RCL Hospitality & Services, 10 rue du Beaudon, 60350 Pierrefonds. It is specified that this information will not be disclosed to third parties.
Hôtel-Restaurant LE BEAUDON has Wi-Fi internet access. The customer user undertakes not to use the IT resources made available to them in any way to reproduce, represent, provide or communicate to the public works or objects protected by copyright or similar rights, such as texts, images, photographs, audiovisual musical works, software and video games, without the authorisation of the rights holders as provided for in Books I and II of the Intellectual Property Code, where such authorisation is required.

ARTICLE 9 – RESPONSIBILITES
The Hotel is not responsible for any theft, loss or damage to customers’ belongings during their stay.
The customer will be held responsible for any damage, deterioration, vandalism which may occur due to occupation of the premises and/or the actions of the participants and/or the staff for whom they are responsible, both to moveable, decorative and immovable property belonging to the Hotel or not. As such, the Hôtel-Restaurant LE BEAUDON reserves the right to ask the customer to leave the establishment without refunding their stay and to compensate the damage caused by such actions.

 

Art.10 – APPLICABLE LAW
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. This applies to both substantive and formal rules. Disputes will be settled solely in French courts.
